Pecan Pie

 

¾ cup light corn syrup
1 cup brown sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
¼ tsp. salt
1 stick (½ cup) butter, melted
1 cup pecans
1 unbaked pie crust

Mix all but the pecans together until smooth, then stir in pecans. Pour into an unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350° for 45-55 minutes.
